Emotional Selling – Emotional Competence & the United Professional Sales Association Model (UPSA Model) will be presented by Martin Brossman at the Capitol City Club.

A three session seminar introducing the essentials of E-Motive PowerTM, specifically for applications in the selling process. We will learn a framework for addressing such issues as

• What makes a tough customer tough?
• How to handle emotional pressure
• How to master the “hardest part” of negotiating
• How to hone your personal sales edge
• Motivating your sales team

FEE: There is no charge for the seminars and breakfasts are complimentary for members of the Capital City and Cardinal Clubs. Full continental breakfast for guests is $10 per meeting, payable when registering.
