Brossman and Hyer show sales pros how they can use the professional social networking site, LinkedIn.com, to build a credible profile, identify trusted contacts, discover customer challenges and discuss how to use specific tools that can contribute to a completed sales cycle.
The format of this book incorporates a workbook that engages the reader with lessons, as well as profile development and insights that give additional perspectives and examples of life application.

Martin Brossman has been offering Sales Coaching and Training since he left IBM in 1995 with
