Triangle businesses are increasingly understanding the value of a social media presence to reach their current and potential customers. More and more are taking classes on social media marketing and hiring social media marketing managers to coach and advise them, or implement a strategy. A number of community colleges across the state are teaching classes on the importance of interactive marketing, Wake Tech is one of those.
